Healthy Keto Chocolate Muffin Recipe

What you need:
2 ounces of cream cheese
¼ cup of granulated Swerve sweetener
½ cup of coconut flour
1 tsp. of baking powder—gluten-free
4 T. of butter
¼ cup of sugar-free chocolate chips
3 large eggs
1/8 TSP of Xanthan gum
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ TSP of salt
1 cup of milk
Steps:
1. Set
your stove to a temperature of 350°F. Line a small cupcake pan accompanied by
silicone and baking paper muffin liners.
2. Mix
the baking powder & coconut flour into the mixing bowl & swerve until
combined.
3. Whip
the butter, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until it becomes fluffy by using
the stand mixer. Add one egg and mix. Repeat procedure until all eggs are mixed
in thoroughly.
4. Combine
the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl slowly to make sure it is
mixed well. Then in the bowl, pour off the milk and then mix it until
incorporated fully. Fold the sugar free chocolate chips into the batter
carefully.
Spoon or pour into the cupcake cups. Put it inside the oven for at least 18 to 20 mins. when the muffins’ top turns brown.
