Keto Taco To Add To Your Keto Diet

When Paul Rudd was about to travel through time to save the world in Avengers Endgame, do you know what he did? He had a taco. However, he was not really on a keto-diet. So is Taco a thing for you or is it just a thing from the movies? It most definitely is. Keto Taco is a real thing and it actually works. Nope, not just a gimmick. 


The focus goes on keeping the carbs low and fat or protein, as you may prefer. Even major Taco franchises like Taco Bell and El Pollo Loco have been serving Keto-Tacos. You just need to have ask for it. Also, pay for it. But, if you don't feel like paying and want a legally viable option, you can always make one at home. Trust me. It's not any harder than cooking a simple taco. And that, is pretty easy. 

Let's begin with making some good 


Cheesy-Taco shells

Preheat the oven for 200°C. Mix cheese and cumin. Form about 7 piles of the mix on a baking sheet (lining of parchment paper).

Bake for about 10 to 15 mins or till the cheese starts bubbling with golden-brown blots. Once it cools for about 30 seconds, place a stable rack on a sink.

Carefully, put your cheese "tortillas" on it. Before the cheese cools, let the edges form the taco-shell shape. Once it cools, serve it with any filling you like.




Keto seasoning-

Chili powder/flakes        cumin/cumin powder          common salt         garlic powder      

Dried onion/fine sliced onions       oregano         black pepper

Mix according to your taste and use 2 tablespoons every time you want some taco seasoning.




Stuffing for your Keto tacos-

Medium heat some ground beef. Wait till it turns golden color.

When it looks about ready, add taco seasoning with 1/4th cup of water. Stir it and let it cook till the water is well-absorbed.

Let it cool down a bit. Once it does, put it in your keto-taco shells.


Keto Taco Bowl

Add chopped cauliflowers to a food processor and don't stop till they look like rice. Put the cauliflower rice in a skillet and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook at medium heat for 8-10 mins. Stir occasionally. Make sure it doesn't burn. Add salt and pepper and keep tasting to get an idea of where it's going.

Side by side, the ground beef at medium-high heat till it goes brown with half a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the spices well and cook for like 2 mins until the beef tastes acceptable.

 Mix everything well and serve with cheers to good health.
